I received A damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item, what should I do?
If your package arrived defective, please contact your shipping provider, Emerson St. is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal carrier. all USA shipping labels are covered with $100 insurance.
If your packaged arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary. in the event that we made a mistake, or you item is defective, we will cover the associated postal charges.

how long is shipping?
All pre-made orders are sent out within 1-3 days of purchase. All items are pre-made unless specifically marked as pre-order in the product description. pre-order items will include shipping times in the product description.
